Books in archive collections
Rare and valuable volumes, pamphlets and manuscripts can be found in some archives (in large quantities in certain cases). They cover a remarkably broad range of topics, as they are related to the professions, interests, passions and needs of their owners.
These books are found in private archives, each of which has been built up over the course of an entire lifetime.
Given the importance and the unique nature of some of the works, it has been deemed appropriate to mention them separately so as to ensure that they do not go unnoticed in the midst of the archive inventories.
